What is same-day production?Updated a month ago

Same-day production means your personalised gift is designed, engraved, quality checked, and dispatched on the very same day you place your order — as long as it's submitted before 6:00 PM AEST on a business day.

Every order goes through four design team checks before it's made. If we spot any issues with your personalisation details, uploaded image, or file quality, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM AEST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be produced and dispatched the next business day.

If you selected an artwork proof at checkout, same-day production begins once you approve your proof — so responding promptly makes all the difference.
