Refunds and store credits are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Because our products are custom-made to order, we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind on personalised items.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. We'll always do the right thing — whether that's a priority remake, store credit, or refund, depending on your situation.
If you cancelled your order before production began, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
