Contact our delivery support team at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damage, including the packaging if it was damaged in transit.
All Pixel Burn orders include free parcel protection covering loss and damage in transit, so we'll get this sorted for you quickly. Depending on the situation, we'll arrange a priority remake and reship, store credit, or refund.
Please try to keep the original packaging as this may be required for the carrier claim process.
