Because every Pixel Burn product is custom-made to order, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This applies to all personalised items as they are uniquely produced for you and cannot be resold.

However, your satisfaction is genuinely important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will always make it right. This could be a priority remake, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

For non-personalised items such as laser blanks and supplies, returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our team at [email protected] to organise a return.
