How do I create or manage my account?
Creating a Pixel Burn account is quick and free. Just click the account icon at the top of our website and follow the prompts to sign up with your email address. Once logged in, you can view your order history, check production and order status.
What is the Pixel Burn Rewards Program?
The Pixel Burn rewards program lets you earn points every time you shop with us — and there are plenty of other ways to earn, too. You can collect points by leaving a review, following or tagging us on social media, and more.
How do I track my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an automatic shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also track your parcel anytime by visiting the Track Parcel page on our website.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Pixel Burn email. Alternatively, you can email us directly at [email protected] and our team will take care of it for you.
