If production hasn't started yet, we'll do our best to update your personalisation details, correct a mistake, or cancel the order entirely. To request a change, contact our team immediately at [email protected], via live chat, or call us on 1300 933 014.

Once design or production has begun, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible due to the custom nature of our products. If you selected an artwork proof at checkout, changes can be made during the approval stage before production begins.
