How do I place an order?
Placing an order with Pixel Burn is simple. Browse our range, select the product you want, and enter your personalisation details — this could be a name, date, message, or uploaded photo or logo.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we move fast, your order can be in production within hours of being placed — so it's important to contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If production hasn't started yet, we'll do our best to update it. Give us a call
Can I get an artwork proof before production?
If you'd like to see a design before we start making your gift, simply select the artwork proof option at checkout. Our design team will prepare a proof based on your personalisation details and send it to you for approval before production begins.
