If your engraving doesn't match what you entered at checkout, please contact us immediately with your order number and a clear photo of the item showing the issue.


If the error is on our end — meaning it doesn't match the personalisation details you submitted we'll remake and reship your order at no cost to you, fast.


If the details on the item match exactly what was submitted at checkout, unfortunately, we're unable to offer a free remake as the item was produced as requested. That's why we always recommend double-checking your personalisation details carefully before placing your order, and selecting an artwork proof at checkout if you'd like to review the design before production begins.
