My order was marked delivered but it's not here
If your tracking shows delivered but your parcel hasn't arrived, here's what we'd suggest checking first: Check around your property, including any safe drop locations, mailbox, or with a neighbour, in case it was left nearby.
My engraving has a mistake or error
If your engraving doesn't match what you entered at checkout, please contact us immediately with your order number and a clear photo of the item showing the issue. If the error is on our end — will send a replacement or provide you a full refund.
My order is taking longer than expected
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, here's what to do:. First, check your tracking link from your dispatch confirmation email for the latest update from the carrier. Let us know and we will work to resolv the issue ASAP.
