Placing an order with Pixel Burn is simple. Browse our range, select the product you want, and enter your personalisation details — this could be a name, date, message, or uploaded photo or logo, depending on the product.

Once you're happy with your details, add the item to your cart, select your preferred shipping option at checkout, and complete your payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email straight away.

If you'd like an artwork proof before we go to production, you can select that option at checkout, and we'll send you a design to approve before anything is made. Otherwise, we'll go straight into production using the details you provided. Every order goes through four design team checks before it's made. If we spot anything that doesn't look right with your personalisation details, uploaded image, or file quality, we'll contact you before proceeding. Your gift is in good hands either way.
