If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, here's what to do:
First, check your tracking link from your dispatch confirmation email for the latest update from the carrier. Occasionally, delays can occur due to high-volume periods, weather, or carrier disruptions outside of our control.
If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 48 hours or you have a time-sensitive situation, contact our team straight away at [email protected] or call 1300 933 014, and we'll chase it up with the carrier immediately.
All orders include free parcel protection, so if your parcel is confirmed as lost or significantly delayed, we'll get a resolution sorted for you as quickly as possible.
