My order was marked delivered but it's not hereUpdated 10 hours ago

If your tracking shows delivered but your parcel hasn't arrived, here's what we'd suggest checking first:


Check around your property, including any safe drop locations, mailbox, or with a neighbour, in case it was left nearby. Also, check if a delivery card was left, as the parcel may be held at a local post office or depot for collection.


If you've checked all of the above and still can't locate your parcel, contact our support team straight away at [email protected] or call 1300 933 014, and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.


All Pixel Burn orders include free parcel protection, so if your parcel is confirmed as lost, we'll arrange a priority replacement or refund quickly and without any hassle.
