If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, start by checking your tracking link from your dispatch confirmation email for the latest carrier update.
Keep in mind that tracking scans can occasionally be missed — particularly on faster services. It's not uncommon to see an early scan and then nothing until your parcel is out for delivery. This doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong, just that it's moving quickly through the network.
If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 48 hours or your parcel is significantly overdue, contact our delivery support team at [email protected], and we'll chase it up with the carrier on your behalf straight away.
All Pixel Burn orders include free parcel protection, so if your parcel is confirmed lost or delayed beyond an acceptable timeframe, we'll arrange a resolution quickly.
