Do you ship Australia‑wide? Any delivery costs?
Yes — we ship Australia-wide, and every order comes with tracking included. Free standard shipping applies to all personalised gift orders over $39.99. For orders under $39.99, a flat $6.95 fee applies. Laser blanks and supplies have there own rate.

How long does delivery take?
All personalised gifts are produced same-day if your order is placed before 6:00 PM AEST on a business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be produced the next business day. Once dispatched.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an automatic shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can track your parcel anytime by visiting the Track Parcel page on our website.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to New Zealand, the United States, and the United Kingdom. International orders are dispatched from our Brisbane facility, and delivery timeframes vary by destination.
What is same-day production?
Same-day production means your personalised gift is designed, engraved, quality checked, and dispatched on the very same day you place your order — as long as it's submitted before 6:00 PM AEST on a business day.
What happens if my parcel is late or delayed?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, start by checking your tracking link from your dispatch confirmation email for the latest carrier update.
What is parcel protection?
Every Pixel Burn order includes free parcel protection — there's nothing to add at checkout and no extra cost. It covers your order against loss, damage, or theft during transit, with coverage of up to $10,000 per item, including GST and freight
